Just a quick note to correct the date I gave you the other day for the Kelowna Painters Studio Society day at Ancient Hill Winery. It is Sunday Aug 13th from 10:00 to 4:00. Please join us, it's a lovely venue and should be warm enough by then:)

Also, I got word yesterday that my painting "Rain Coming!" was juried into the FCA-Okanagan OASIS show at the Peachland Art Gallery for the month of July. This is a National FCA show.

For my artist friends, I took a one day workshop at the OASIS symposium with Andrew McDermott and really enjoyed it. He packed a tremendous amount of information into the day while keeping it lighthearted and lots of fun!
